Since a lot of people can’t actually view the article because of various reasons, here’s the crux of it:
The Nenana tripod in Alaska fell on April 14, 2019 at 1:21 am ADT, or 12:21 am AST. This is the earliest it’s ever fallen, indicating how fast the water is warming in the Arctic.
“In the past 102 years, the earliest the tripod has gone out was April 20, which has happened twice. The latest is May 20. This year’s record early breakup comes on the heels of an unusually warm March in Interior Alaska.
The ice on the Kuskokwim River went out Friday, the earliest date on record after record-high temperatures in February and March, said Rick Thoman, a climate specialist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks’ Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy. Residents in the mostly roadless southwest region of Alaska rely on the river for transportation, but thin ice has plagued the region — four people have died after falling through the ice on the river this spring.

4/19/19 – Good Morning! After Jesus’ baptism and before He began His great work, He went alone to the wilderness and fasted for 40 days and nights. At the end of that time, Satan came to Him offering Him the kingdoms of the world and great glory if only Jesus would bow down and worship him. This is known as the Temptation of Christ. Most are familiar with this story and know that Jesus rebuked Satan. In other words, Jesus made a choice to align Himself with God. If He had chosen to worship Satan, He would have cut off His connection to His Father and would not have been able to perform the miracles and free people from spiritual bondage. The spirit of God was working through Jesus for these things to happen.
We are all being tested and tempted. Like Christ, we must be discerning and take a stand against Satan and all he represents. Even if this means persecution or death. Our rewards are not here, but in Heaven. As long as we cling to the material world, we are not ready for God’s Kingdom.
We all have a choice. Once we make the choice to align with God and Jesus Christ, a certain protection and annointing comes over us. The more we pray and live a holy life, the stronger that connection becomes. With this connection comes the peace beyond all understanding.
