I think the low numbers are because of 3 reasons:
1) Monday is always lower – the numbers are actually from Sunday;
2) Monday, 2/16 was a USA holiday – Presidents Day – therefore, many providers were not at work;
3) Monday saw the massive Arctic snow/ice storm descend on the USA. Millions of people were freezing in the dark with the rolling blackouts and failure of the electric power grid in Texas and other states.
It’s a dire situation. Please pray for everyone involved.
